Grahame galleries + editions in Milton was a casualty of Brisbane's devastating flood damage.
The gallery has had a long and fruitful association with the Print Council of Australia through its director Noreen Grahame. Noreen was a PCA Vice President for multiple terms. She has supported hundreds of printmakers and book artists through her gallery and four artists' book fairs. Any offers of assistance towards her gallery's restoration will be gratefully received.
Artworks, personal effects and some fittings were removed before floodwaters reached the gallery. However, building restoration and installation costs will be high, and the gallery will be unable to operate for at least 3-4 months.
For further information about how you can help restore grahame galleries + editions to working order see:

Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) is an international not-for-profit organisation providing the knowledge, infrastructure, back-office administration and ongoing management of the following services:
Please feel inclined to direct benevolent gifts to the PCA (look under Charities) and Tax Receipts will be issued.

Good luck, and we especially encourage artists from Tas, WA, NT, Qld and SA to apply as representation from your states has been low in previous years.
